Als eerste wil ik Rinze Koornstra en Stef Hazenbosch bedanken voor al hun goede werk voor KTC Basketball als voorzitter en secretaris. Met veel plezier neem ik de taak van Rinze over. Zowel Stef als Rinze hebben het bestuur een paar jaar op een geweldige wijze versterkt. Laten we met elkaar proosten op de KTC geschiedenis en toekomst tijdens het Jubileumfeest. Graag tot dan!

JUBILEUMFEEST
Op zaterdag 9 juli vieren we ons 30-jarig jubileum! (Eigenlijk bestaat KTC nu 31 jaar, maar we hebben het vorig jaar niet kunnen vieren.) Dit grote basketbalfeest in de Tetterodehal is voor al onze leden, oud-leden en KTC coryfeeën! We starten om 14.30 met een Familietoernooi. Vorm je eigen team met iedereen die het leuk vindt (ook niet-leden van jong tot oud zijn welkom om mee te doen!) of geef jezelf op en sluit aan bij een team. Na de prijsuitreiking gaat rond 17.00 de BBQ aan van onze chefkok Stef Hazenbosch. Dat belooft veel lekkers en goeds!  Na de BBQ is er voor de liefhebbers nog een gezellige borrel. Het Jubileumtoernooi is gratis en voor de super BBQ is de bijdrage tot 18 jaar 10 euro en vanaf 18 jaar 15 euro, drankjes zijn voor eigen kosten. Kom je ook? Meld je dan zo snel mogelijk  HIER aan, zodat wij kunnen gaan plannen en inkopen. Tot de 9e!

NIEUWE BESTUURSLEDEN
Tijdens de goed bezochte ALV op 6 juni zijn twee nieuwe bestuursleden geïnstalleerd. Rinze Koornstra droeg na drie jaar het voorzitterschap over aan Frank van Loon.

Frank is ondernemer en na het af en toe invallen als coach bij de teams van zijn drie basketballende zoons, is het nu tijd om zijn kwaliteiten breder in te zetten voor KTC, waaronder het zekerstellen de KTC locatie. Daarnaast is Frank zelf ook een basketballer en komend seizoen in actie te zien bij de recreanten. Welkom Frank!

Hiske van Kamperdijk is KTC’s nieuwe secretaris en neemt deze functie over van Stef Hazenbosch, die na bijna vier jaar afscheid neemt als bestuurslid (maar niet van KTC). Hiske is als jurist verbonden aan de rechtbank van Haarlem en heeft naast een bij KTC basketballende man (Ernst de Wit) ook twee kinderen in één van de jeugdteams. Hiske is zelf geen basketballer, maar nu er komend seizoen weer een damesteam zal zijn biedt dat wel perspectieven! Welkom Hiske!

VERSLAG ALV
Naast de bestuurswisseling zijn er op de Algemene Leden Vergadering ook andere belangrijke mededelingen gedaan en zijn er beslissingen genomen door alle aanwezige leden. Op de agenda stond onder andere de financiële resultaten van het afgelopen jaar en de begroting voor het komende seizoen, de huisvesting van KTC, de verdeling van zaaldiensten, de (noodzakelijke verhoging van de) contributies en de wachtlijst voor (met name) de jongste teams. OP NAAR EEN NIEUW SEIZOEN
Voordat je het weet start het Basketbalseizoen 22-23!
Noteer alvast de volgende data:

Woensdag 24 augustus Bootcamp in de duinen. We trappen het jaar weer af met een inmiddels traditionele buitentraining. Perfect om even dat vakantielichaam te resetten.

Vanaf maandag 29 augustus starten de trainingen. Voor de jeugd geldt dat we de eerste week weer per leeftijdscategorie trainen. De trainers maken na de eerste week trainen de indeling van de verschillende teams. Dat gaat elk jaar goed, dus dat houden we zo!

Op 17 september zijn de eerste wedstrijden, dus we gaan hard aan de slag met de trainingen! In principe blijven de tijden zoveel mogelijk zoals ze waren, maar de informatie hierover volgt later.

Komend jaar doen we zeker weer mee aan de Grote Clubactie; een sociaal jeugd-project én een fijne extra inkomstenbron voor de vereniging! Dear members,

First of all I would like to thank Rinze Koornstra and Stef Hazenbosch for all their good work for KTC Basketball as chairman and secretary. It is with great pleasure that I take over the task of Rinze. Both Stef and Rinze have greatly strengthened the board for a few years. Let’s toast together to the KTC history and future during the Jubilee celebration. See you then!

ANNIVERSARY PARTY
On Saturday 9 July we celebrate our 30th anniversary! (Actually, KTC has been around for 31 years now, but we couldn’t celebrate it last year.) This big basketball party in the Tetterodehal is for all our members, former members and KTC celebrities! We start at 14.30 with a Family Tournament. Form your own team with anyone who likes it (also non-members from young to old are welcome to join!) or sign up and join a team. After the award ceremony, the BBQ of our chef Stef Hazenbosch will start around 5 pm. That promises a lot of goodies and good things! After the BBQ there is still a nice drink for the enthusiasts. The Jubilee Tournament is free and for the super BBQ the contribution is 10 euros up to 18 years and 15 euros from 18 years, drinks are at your own expense. are you coming too? Then register HERE as soon as possible, so that we can start planning and purchasing. Until the 9th!

NEW BOARD MEMBERS
Two new board members were installed during the well-attended GMM on 6 June. Rinze Koornstra handed over the chairmanship to Frank van Loon after three years.

Frank is an entrepreneur and after occasionally filling in as a coach for the teams of his three basketball-playing sons, it is now time to use his qualities more widely for KTC, including securing the KTC location. In addition, Frank himself is also a basketball player and will be seen in action with the recreational players next season. Welcome Frank!

Hiske van Kamperdijk is KTC’s new secretary and will take over this position from Stef Hazenbosch, who is stepping down as a board member (but not from KTC) after almost four years. Hiske is a lawyer at the court of Haarlem and, in addition to a man who plays basketball at KTC (Ernst de Wit), also has two children in one of the youth teams. Hiske is not a basketball player herself, but now that there will be a women’s team again next season, that does offer perspectives! Welcome Hiske!

REPORT ALV
In addition to the change of management, other important announcements were made at the General Members Meeting and decisions were made by all members present. The agenda included the financial results of the past year and the budget for the coming season, the accommodation of KTC, the distribution of hall services, the (necessary increase in) contributions and the waiting list for (particularly) the youngest teams. . Everything is recorded in the GMM report (in Dutch) that you can download on this page.

ON TO A NEW SEASON
Before you know it, the Basketball Season will start 22-23!
Please note the following dates:

Wednesday 24 August Bootcamp in the dunes. We kick off the year with a traditional outdoor training. Perfect for resetting that holiday body.

The training sessions will start from Monday 29 August. For youth, we train again per age category for the first week. After the first week of training, the trainers make the division of the different teams. That goes well every year, so we’ll keep it that way!

The first games are on September 17, so we’re going to work hard with the training sessions! In principle, the times will remain as they were as much as possible, but information about this will follow later.

Next year we will certainly participate in the Grote Clubactie again; a social youth project and a nice extra source of income for the association! In deze Nieuwsbrief lees je over onze Kampioenen en ‘Living Legend’ Bea, ons 30-jarig Jubileum, de Zomertraining, onze toekomst in de Tetterodehal, de komende ALV en wat daar bekend gemaakt zal worden over het bestuur. Nog enkele wedstrijden en dan is het ‘wonderlijke’ basketbal-seizoen 21-22 tot een goed en mooi einde gekomen.  Op naar het nieuwe seizoen, maar graag eerst tot ziens op de ALV en het Jubileumfeest!

KAMPIOENEN
Hoewel er nog enkele wedstrijden gespeeld worden, kunnen we al een aantal kampioenen van seizoen 21-22 feliciteren! Deze KTC-teams zijn de nr 1 in hun competitie geworden: U12-1, U14-1, U16-2 en U18-2. Gefeliciteerd, we zijn trots! Alle KTC-kampioenen worden op 19 juni door de Gemeente Bloemendaal in het Caprera Openluchttheater gehuldigd.

HOE WORD JE KAMPIOEN?
Jeugdteams worden niet zomaar kampioen; daar zit een heel team van vrijwilligers achter dat ervoor zorgt dat kinderen plezier hebben en zich positief en veilig kunnen ontwikkelen in hun sport en hun spel. Wij doen daarom een beroep op de ouders van onze jeugdleden om zich aan te melden voor een KTC-bestuur- of commissiefunctie. We zijn vooral op zoek naar enthousiaste ouders voor de functies Scheidsrechterzaken en Evenementen & Projecten.  Een mooie kans voor die hen die wellicht geen basketbal-ervaring hebben, maar wel iets voor de verenging willen doen. ‘ONZE’ BEA IS EEN NBB LIVING LEGEND
De Nederlandse Basketball Bond (NBB) bestaat dit jaar 75 jaar. Deze mijlpaal heeft de NBB mede te danken aan vele vrijwilligers, die zich met hart en ziel inzetten voor de Basketballsport in Nederland. De NBB zal een deel van deze mensen persoonlijk bedanken en eren met het Living Legend programma. Verenigingen in Nederland zijn uitgenodigd hun ‘Living Legend’ te nomineren en met trots melden we dat onze eigen Bea Lie-A-Tjam door de NBB officieel is benoemd als Living Legend! Op de NBB site lees je over Bea’s prestaties en het Living Legends programma.

50 GESLAAGDE SPELERS!
Ruim vijftig leden tussen de 14 en 25 jaar hebben in de afgelopen weken hun spelregelbewijs gehaald en staan nu op het veld met (nog) meer spelkennis. Het was even hard werken, maar het is gelukt! Allemaal gefeliciteerd! 

30 JAAR KTC
Op zaterdag 9 juli vieren we ons 30-jarig bestaan met een Toernooi en aansluitend een super barbecue! Het feest begint om 14:30 uur met een familietoernooi in de Tetterodehal. Neem je zus, vriendje, schoonmoeder en opa mee en speel voor eeuwige roem én fantastische prijzen. Via je team groeps app ontvang je een uitnodiging en de mogelijkheid tot inschrijven. Het wordt een mooi en historisch KTC Basketbal-feest. Mis het niet en schrijf snel in!

ZOMERTRAINING
De laatste officiële trainingsdag van het seizoen is op donderdag 26 mei. Vanaf maandag 2 juni start de KTC-zomertraining die 7 weken duurt. Iedereen die hiervan gebruik wil maken ontvangt via de trainer/coach een betaalverzoek van € 20, -. Dat is een eenmalige bijdrage voor de extra zaalhuur gedurende de zomertraining. 

KTC TOPPERS
Aan het eind van het seizoen bedanken we graag alle vrijwilligers en een aantal mensen in het bijzonder! Janneke Kip, Pietro Giannini, Johan Bernard, Bea Lie-Tjam en Arnold van Strien; onze dank voor het fluiten van enorm veel wedstrijden. We hebben dit seizoen een flink beroep op jullie gedaan en nooit tevergeefs. Heel erg bedankt!

Robin Vreugdenhil en Pietro Giannini stoppen met het trainen/coachen van onze jeugd. We bedanken beiden voor het jarenlang enthousiast trainen en coachen van heel veel jeugdleden! (Robin blijft in de rol van wedstrijdsecretaris betrokken bij KTC.) Tevens herdenken we de in oktober 2021 overleden Ruud Ouwerkerk voor zijn grote bijdrage aan KTC. Ruud trainde onze dames U16 en U20. We missen hem en zijn dankbaar voor wat hij voor onze vereniging heeft betekend.

UPDATE TETTERODEHAL
Zoals bekend is de huur van de Tetterodehal aan KTC door de eigenaren opgezegd per seizoen 23-24. Komend seizoen spelen wij nog gewoon in ‘onze’ hal. Onze commissie Tetterodehal is volop bezig om ervoor te zorgen dat wij ook de jaren erna in de Tetterodehal kunnen blijven basketballen. Voor de zekerheid worden ook alternatieve locaties gezocht. Tijdens onze Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV) zal het bestuur hiervan verslag doen en de leden actief bij betrekken bij de te nemen volgende stappen.

UITNODIGING ALV
De jaarlijkse Algemene Leden Vereniging vindt plaats op woensdag 8 juni van 20:00 tot 21:30 uur in de prachtige Sociëteit de Vereeniging in Haarlem. Je bent welkom en je aanwezigheid is  belangrijker dan ooit. Het bestuur zal tijdens de ALV de situatie rondom de Tetterodehal toelichten en er zijn veranderingen in het bestuur. Na ruim 3 jaar nemen Stef Hazenbosch (secretaris) en Rinze Koornstra (voorzitter) afscheid als KTC-bestuurslid. De Inkomende voorzitter Frank van Loon en secretaris Hiske van Kamperdijk zullen tijdens de ALV door het bestuur aan de leden worden voorgesteld en hun benoeming zal conform onze statuten in stemming worden gebracht.

In this Newsletter you can read about ours and ‘Living’ Legend Bea, our 30th Summer Training Anniversary, the Summer Training, our future in the Tetterodehal, the future GMM and what will be announced there about the board. A few more games and then the wonderful 21-22 basketball season will have come to a good and beautiful end. On to the new season, but we would like to see you first at the GMM and the Jubilee Party!

CHAMPIONS
Although there are still a few games to be played, we can already congratulate a number of champions of season 21-22! These KTC teams have become the No. 1 in their league: U12-1, U14-1, U16-2 and U18-2. Congratulations, we are proud! All KTC champions will be honored on June 19 by the Municipality of Bloemendaal in the Caprera Open Air Theater.

HOW DO YOU BECOME A CHAMPION?
Youth teams don’t just become champions; behind this is a whole team of volunteers who ensure that children have fun and can develop positively and safely in their sport and play. We therefore appeal to the parents of our youth members to register for a KTC board or committee position. We are especially looking for enthusiastic parents for the positions of Referee Cases and Events & Projects. A great opportunity for those who may not have any basketball experience, but would like to do something for the association. You can sign up via secretaris@ktcbasketball.nl

‘OUR’ BEA IS AN NBB LIVING LEGEND
The Dutch Basketball Association (NBB) is 75 years old this year. The NBB owes this milestone in part to many volunteers who are committed to basketball in the Netherlands with heart and soul. The NBB will personally thank and honor some of these people with the Living Legend program. Associations in the Netherlands have been invited to nominate their ‘Living Legend’ and we are proud to announce that our own Bea Lie-A-Tjam has been officially appointed as a Living Legend by the NBB! On the NBB site you can read about Bea’s achievements and the Living Legends program.

50 SUCCESSFUL PLAYERS!
More than fifty members between the ages of 14 and 25 have obtained their rules of play in recent weeks and are now on the field with (even) more game knowledge. It was hard work, but it worked! Congratulations to all!

30 YEARS KTC
On Saturday 9 July we will celebrate our 30th anniversary with a Tournament followed by a super barbecue! The party starts at 2:30 PM with a family tournament in the Tetterodehal. Bring your sister, boyfriend, mother-in-law and grandfather and play for eternal fame and fantastic prizes. You will receive an invitation and the option to register via your team group app. It will be a beautiful and historic KTC Basketball party. Don’t miss out and register soon!

SUMMER TRAINING
The last official training day of the season is on Thursday 26 May. The KTC summer training, which lasts 7 weeks, will start from Monday 2 June. Anyone who wants to make use of this will receive a payment request of € 20 via the trainer/coach. This is a one-off contribution for the extra room rental during the summer training.

KTC TOPPERS
At the end of the season we would like to thank all volunteers and a number of people in particular! Janneke Kip, Pietro Giannini, Johan Bernard, Bea Lie-Tjam and Arnold van Strien; our thanks for whistling so many matches. We’ve called on you a lot this season and never in vain. Thank you very much!

Robin Vreugdenhil and Pietro Giannini stop training/coaching our youth. We thank both for the years of enthusiastic training and coaching of many youth members! (Robin will remain involved with KTC in the role of competition secretary.) We also commemorate Ruud Ouwerkerk, who passed away in October 2021, for his great contribution to KTC. Ruud trained our ladies U16 and U20. We miss him and are grateful for what he has done for our association.

UPDATE TETTERODEHAL
As is known, the lease of the Tetterodehal to KTC has been canceled by the owners per season 23-24. Next season we will still play in ‘our’ hall. Our Tetterodehal committee is working hard to ensure that we can continue to play basketball in the Tetterodehal for years to come. To be on the safe side, alternative locations are also being sought. During our General Members’ Meeting (GMM), the board will report on this and actively involve the members in the next steps to be taken.

INVITATION ALV
The annual General Members Association takes place on Wednesday 8 June from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM in the beautiful Sociëteit de Vereeniging in Haarlem. You are welcome and your presence is more important than ever. The board will explain the situation around the Tetterodehal during the GMM and there are changes in the board. After more than 3 years, Stef Hazenbosch (secretary) and Rinze Koornstra (chairman) say goodbye as KTC board members. The incoming chairman Frank van Loon and secretary Hiske van Kamperdijk will be introduced by the board to the members during the GMM and their appointment will be voted on in accordance with our statutes.

Beste leden,

Veel goed en leuk nieuws in deze Nieuwsbrief! Niet alleen hebben we de sport weer volop hervat na twee jaar van allerlei maatregelen, afgelopen zaterdag hebben we eindelijk weer een KTC U-10 Toernooi kunnen houden. Voor deze lichting nieuwe basketballers de eerste toernooi-ervaring en het was een echt regionaal basketbal-feest met heel veel enthousiaste kinderen en hun ouders.
Ander goed nieuws is dat veel aspirant-scheidsrechters de afgelopen periode eindelijk hun ‘Proeve van Bekwaamheid’ (PvB) konden doen. Iedereen heeft dit succesvol afgerond en dat betekent een flink aantal gekwalificeerde scheidsrechters erbij!
En als klap op de vuurpijl bestaat KTC dit jaar dertig jaar! Dat gaan we vieren en verderop in deze Nieuwsbrief lees je hoe. Ook lees je over het verplichte Spelregelbewijs, de komende Algemene Ledenvergadering, veranderingen in het KTC-bestuur en een update over onze locatie; de Tetterodehal.
Tot slot wil namens het bestuur iedereen bedanken voor de medewerking, het begrip en het geduld tijdens de afgelopen corona-tijd!  En – we kunnen het niet laten – ook vragen om rekening met elkaar te blijven houden door de minimale maatregelen te blijven volgen, zoals o.a. handen wassen en niezen in de elleboog. Maar vooral; geniet van de laatste weken van dit seizoen!

SAVE THE DATE TO PARTY
Dit jaar bestaat KTC Basketball 30 jaar! Dat gaan we vieren, dus houd zaterdag 9 juli vrij voor het grote KTC Jubileum toernooi met Super BBQ in de Tetterodehal! Meer info volgt snel.

HET SPELREGELBEWIJS
Vanaf volgend seizoen 2022-2023 stelt de Nederlandse Basketball Bond voor alle basketballers van 14 tot 24 jaar het spelregelbewijs verplicht.

Als je lid bent van KTC en 13 jaar of ouder, dan krijg je van ons inloggegevens voor Flow Sparks. Hier vind je alle oefeningen en de toetsen voor het spelregelbewijs De inloggegevens mailen wij naar het e-mailadres dat bij ons bekend is. In de mei vakantie kun jezelf je spelregelbewijs halen. Voor die leden die op 8 mei hun spelregelbewijs nog niet gehaald hebben organiseren wij 2 avonden om je te helpen. Op maandag 9 mei en woensdag 12 mei is er onder leiding van Stef Hazenbosch een stoomcursus in de Tetterodehal.  Je neemt je laptop mee en verlaat de hal met je spelregelbewijs.

KTC ALV
Op donderdag 9 juni is de Algemene Leden Vergadering. Deze wordt maar één keer per jaar gehouden en dit jaar is je aanwezigheid belangrijker dan ooit. Het bestuur zal tijdens de ALV de situatie rondom de Tetterodehal toelichten en een aantal scenario’s presenteren voor de toekomst van KTC. Op dezelfde avond kunnen alle aanwezig stemmen over deze plannen. De ALV is van 20-22 uur. Locatie, uitnodiging, agenda en wijze van aanmelden volgen binnenkort.

JOIN THE TEAM
Niks gaat vanzelf en daarom heeft KTC een Bestuur. Een club(je) mensen dat zich met plezier inzet voor de vereniging. Zelf spelend, of ouder van spelende jeugdleden. Bestuurslid ben je voor een paar jaar, daarna gun je die ervaring aan een ander. Het is gezellig, boeiend en – voor de jongeren – het staat goed op je cv! Onze secretaris Stef Hazenbosch stopt na een paar jaar geweldige dienst. Per 1 juli zoeken we een nieuwe secretaris en daarnaast willen we het bestuur uitbreiden. Enthousiaste en betrokken (ouders van) KTC’ers, meld je aan! Ook zonder basketball-ervaring ben je waardevol voor de club. Sterker nog; we kunnen niet zonder vrijwilligers. DE TETTERODEHAL
Zoals in onze vorige nieuwsbrief gemeld, heeft de eigenaar van de Tetterodehal ons laten weten dat er vanaf juli 2023 geen breedtesport, zoals basketball in de Tetterodehal meer mogelijk is. Kan dat zomaar? Wij vinden van niet. In de zomer van 2018 is het Nationaal Sportakkoord gesloten. Dat jaar heeft de gemeente Bloemendaal een lokaal sportakkoord getekend. Met dit sportakkoord zette de gemeente een mooie stap naar een gezondere en sportievere gemeente. Het sportakkoord onderstreept het belang van de beschikbaarheid van voldoende en bereikbare sport- en speelruimte in de Gemeente Bloemendaal.  Wij hebben een dringend appèl op de gemeenteraad gedaan erop toe te zien dat de breedtesport voor Bloemendaal behouden blijft. KTC’s Tetterodehal-werkgroep volgt alle ontwikkelingen op de voet en zet zich actief in voor het behoud van de hal voor KTC en andere breedtesporten. Op de ALV doen wij uitgebreid verslag en stemmen over de te nemen vervolgstappen. Je aanwezigheid is daarom extra gewenst.

SEIZOEN 22-23
Het nieuwe seizoen lonkt! En voor alle duidelijkheid; onze locatie is voor het hele seizoen 22-23 gewaarborgd dus laat dit alsjeblieft geen reden zijn om KTC te verlaten! Mocht je om andere redenen niet meer willen trainen en/of spelen vanaf seizoen ’23 dan is het de bedoeling dat je dit voor 1 mei a.s. doorgeeft via mail aan ledenadministratie@ktcbasketball.nl.

NEWSLETTER

Dear members,

Lots of good and fun news in this Newsletter! Not only have we resumed the sport after two years of all kinds of measures, last Saturday we were finally able to hold another KTC U-10 Tournament. This was the first tournament experience for this batch of new basketball players and it was a real regional basketball party with many enthusiastic children and their parents.

Other good news is that many aspiring referees have finally been able to take their ‘Proeve of Competence’ (PvB). Everyone has successfully completed this and that means quite a few qualified referees!

And to top it all off, KTC celebrates its thirtieth anniversary this year! We are going to celebrate that and you can read how later in this Newsletter. You can also read about the mandatory Rules of the Game, the upcoming General Members’ Meeting, changes in the KTC board and an update about our location; the Tetterode Hall.

Finally, on behalf of the board, I would like to thank everyone for the cooperation, understanding and patience during the past corona time! And – we can’t resist – also ask to continue to take into account each other by continuing to follow the minimum measures, such as washing hands and sneezing in the elbow. THE SPELREGELBEWIJS
From next season 2022-2023, the Dutch Basketball Association will make it compulsory for all basketball players aged 14 to 24 years.
If you are a member of KTC and 13 years or older, you will receive login details for Flow Sparks from us. Here you will find all the exercises and the keys for the rules of the game. We will email the login details to the email address known to us. During the May holiday you can get your game rules certificate yourself. For those members who have not yet obtained their game rule certificate on May 8, we are organizing 2 evenings to help you. On Monday 9 May and Wednesday 12 May there will be a crash course in the Tetterodehal under the direction of Stef Hazenbosch. You take your laptop with you and leave the hall with your ticket.

JOIN THE TEAM
Nothing goes by itself and that is why KTC has a Board. A club of people who are happy to contribute to the association. Playing yourself, or parent of playing youth members. You are a board member for a few years, after that you grant that experience to someone else. It’s fun, interesting and – for the youngsters – it looks good on your CV! Our secretary Stef Hazenbosch retires after a few years of great service. As of July 1, we are looking for a new secretary and we also want to expand the board. Enthusiastic and involved (parents of) KTC members, sign up! Even without basketball experience you are valuable to the club. In fact; we cannot do without volunteers. THE TETTERODE HAL
As reported in our previous newsletter, the owner of the Tetterodehal has informed us that from July 2023, recreational sports such as basketball will no longer be possible in the Tetterodehal. Is that just possible? We don’t think so. The National Sports Agreement was concluded in the summer of 2018. That year, the municipality of Bloemendaal signed a local sports agreement. With this sports agreement, the municipality has taken a great step towards a healthier and sportier municipality. The sports agreement underlines the importance of the availability of sufficient and accessible sports and play space in the municipality of Bloemendaal. We have made an urgent appeal to the city council to ensure that recreational sport for Bloemendaal is preserved. KTC’s Tetterodehal working group closely follows all developments and is actively involved in preserving the hall for KTC and other recreational sports. At the GMM we report extensively and vote on the next steps to be taken. Your presence is therefore extra desirable.

SEASON 22-23
The new season beckons! And just to be clear; our location is guaranteed for the entire season 22-23 so please don’t let this be a reason to leave KTC! If for other reasons you no longer want to train and/or play from season ’23, you are supposed to pass this on to our Members Administration by email before May 1 via ledenadministratie@ktcbasketball.nl
